Branded Simple is a private, self-guided digital photobooth offer for businesses and organizations. It includes digital sharing by text, a fully custom photo design featuring your logo, a matching branded Tap to Start screen, and professional setup and teardown. Guests enjoy the booth independently after Waylight completes setup. An attendant and on-call support are not included.
Use your own backdrop or a suitable decorated area, or add a professional Waylight backdrop for $100. First-time business clients can request that backdrop for $75, making the two-hour total $370 before applicable travel. Contact Waylight before booking to confirm eligibility and have the discounted backdrop included in your proposal.
Hotspot and Portable Power Bank capability are not included. Add Hotspot for $25 or a Portable Power Bank for $40 when your venue or setup requires them.
The client receives a ZIP download link to the event photos by email within 3 business days. A certificate of insurance is available on request; please ask at least two weeks before your event.
Travel: Waylight serves Klamath, Jackson, Josephine, Lake, and Modoc counties. The first 25 miles from Klamath Falls are included. Additional travel is $1.35 per round-trip mile.
